Muhammad Husayn Nayyiri, son of the late Karbalayi Aqa Buzurg resident of Bazar-i Murgh neighborhood, triple-divorced his wife, Khanum Hajiyah, daughter of Aqa Karim.

Marriage contract of Raf‘at Khanum Shirazi and ‘Abd al-Husayn Dashtistani, 1930
Marriage contract of Raf‘at Khan [um], daughter of Hujjat al-Islam Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Kazim Shirazi, and Aqa Sayyid ‘Abd al-Husayn Dashtistani, son of Haji Sayyid Murtaza Dashtistani. The mahr was one hundred and fifty Ottoman lira, fifty of which was paid in advance and the rest of which was due. There are some marginal notes with different dates, signed by Raf‘at Shirazi, stating that she had received parts of the remaining mahr.

Settlement of a garden, 1930
On October 28, 1914 ‘Abd al-Razzaq from Shiraz transfers three sixths of a garden known as Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn Qarib in Shiraz to Haji Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Mashhadi Hasan from Shiraz. According to a different agreement, on February 22, 1917, one third of the mentioned property [one sixth of the garden] was settled to Haji Asad Allah and Khanum Mah, the wife of Karbalayi Haji (Haji Haydar ‘Ali's son). Settlement of Shuhrat Khanum and Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali, 1930
Shaykh Yahya Nasr al-Shari‘ah on behalf of his paternal uncle, Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali the Imam Jum‘ah of Fars, settles a house in Shiraz, which includes the building, the pool, and the garden, with Shuhrat Khanum, the wife of Muhammad Taqi, for two years. Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali the Imam Jum‘ah has confirmed the transaction on the margin.

Settlement between Firdaws Khanum and Sayyid Abu al-Qasim Karbali, 1931
Firdaws Khanum, the daughter of Abu al-Fath Sarabi and the wife of Sayyid Javad Karbali, sells one-sixth of a house located in the Miyah Ishaq Bayg neighborhood of Shiraz to Sayyid Abu al-Qasim Karbali, the son of Sayyid Muhammad Husayn known as Sayyid Aqa Karbali, in exchange for forty tumans. This property was part of Firdaws Khanum's mahr and she maintained the right to sell. On the margin, Sayyid Javad Karbali has confirmed this and verified the transaction.

Deed regarding Sayyid Hasan's debt to Khanum Malik, 1928
Deed certifying that Sayyid Hasan, son of the late Sayyid Murtaza, owes ten tumans to Khanum Malik, wife of ‘Abd al-Ghaffar. He pledges to pay the debt in the next six months and twenty days, beginning from the month of Shavval, as well as paying the daily rent of one thousand and five hundred dinars.

Settlement of Karbalayi ‘Abd al-Rasul, his father (Haji Nasr Allah), and his daughter (Khanum Zaman) with Haj Muhammad Riza Tajir [the merchant], son of the late Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar from Shiraz, over Khanum Zaman's alimony and mahr (which includes items listed, worth from one tuman to two thousand tumans) for ten tumans and some Russian hard sugar; then Haji Muhammad Riza triple-divorced Khanum Zaman.

Letter to the head of the Shiraz court about Khanum Muhtaram Mahmud-zadah Saqib's claim against Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar Dihkurah regarding one thousand seven hundred and fifty rials, which they have settled for two hundred rials. Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar claimed that he deposited the amount in the court's account. On the second page, it is stated that his claim was false.
